 Mechanic

– Material request & control (Rotary equip : motor & pumps, agitator, fans, fan
blowers, compressor & etc — static equip : vessels, ex-changer, drums, bag
filter, tank & silos & etc —  package : dryer , bagging machine, main
compressor, cooling tower & etc) .

–    Technical office (equipment drawing control, equipment foundation control,

erection inspection, construction procedure & etc).

–    Survey, Foundation hand over

–    Prepare equipment erection (foundation prepare, cleaning , chipping &

padding)

–    Equipment erection (orientation, position)

–    Equipment alignment (static equip : leveling , plumb ness ٌ rotary equip:

leveling , first alignment , second alignment , final alignment)

–    Storage tanks (S. S & C.S) & S.S silos (fabrication at site).
